Cannot open Vegas Pro 17.0 - shutting down when opening

Hello, I cannot open Vegas Pro 17.0 (build 284) It closes when opening. I tried to reinstall etc. but doesn't work. Have a look at the printscreen:

Vegas 16.0 works perfectly on the same computer. Thanks for the support!

Temporarily move out the OFX from folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX

(perhaps to C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX off)

then try rerun VP17 again.

Also try uninstalling Boris FX, then install Vegas Pro17. If the program installation and operation are successful, re-install Borix FX

After I removed Boris FX stuff from OFX / Plugins folder the program starts up.

After successful run of VP17 first time, try move back the OFX plugins to C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX again.

Should work normal now. (as in my case)

When you say "Temporarily move out the OFX ..." to "...Comon Files\OFX off" do you mean

the OFX folder or the plugins inside of it?
