Cannot Play MPEG Movie from BLu Ray Menu

I am new to this and quite prepared to be told I have a setting wrong, but I cannot figure out the problem. I have taken AVCHD film from my Sony Camcorder and edited it using Sony Vegas Pro. I rendered the movies as MPEG 2,, 1400 x 1800x32 with Stereo Audio. I then added these movies to the DVD Pro V5.0b under a main menu. There are 4 monies, but having created the Blu Ray Disc, only 2 are playable. THe other two send me right back to the main menu. I've looked at the settings of the movies and can see no difference. THe DVD R I burnt to is only 15% full. When I preview in DVD Pro, the selections work fine. Any ideas will be most gratefully received.

Can you be more specific about the steps you took when you say "I then added these movies to the DVD Pro V5.0b under a main menu. There are 4 movies, but having created the Blu Ray Disc, only 2 are playable."

Did you drag each video onto the menu page, and do you see 4 scene buttons on the menu? Do they play in preview?

Thanks Steve. Yes, I dragged the videos onto the menu page. and yes there are 4 scene menu buttons. I can send across a screen shot if it will help?

There is no problem in Preview at all, I can select each menu item easily...I can't think thinkingit's soemthing to do with the Render Process in Vegas Pro

In the lower right corner of DVD Architect, how much disc space does your project show as being used?

It's possible your files were too large for a disc and you'll need to optimize them.
