Cannot Purchase Upgrade-SOLVED

I decided to "bite the bullet" and pay the $349 upgrade from Pro14 Suite to Pro 15 Suite. I login fine but when I enter my card info for payment, it says it cannot process! I checked and the money is there. I quadruple checked all the numbers and everything. It's all good. But Magix refuses to take it. what the heck? Has anyone else experienced this?

 

I see that this upgrade offer is good until September 11 I think. I am afraid that after September 11 the upgrade price will increase. It is already hi enough and if it goes higher I will have to forget it. But I can't get the web store to accept my purchase!

 

Any ideas?

Nevermind. I just got a call from my bank. They were blocking it thinking it was a fraud purchase. I told them it was me and the payment went through.
