Hello all. I had to uninstall the program as my laptop was lagging. I uninstalled several programs and restarted. The problem seemed to have been fixed, but now it will not let me re-install my VMS 17 Platinum software. I am getting the link directly from the 'My Products' section on the Magix website.

I keep getting an error code 2147163964. I have tried both the user admin route as well as downloading the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable update. Both have done nothing.

What else can I do to get my program back? Please help!
