Cannot render 2048x1152 output

Vegas 9 allows 2048x1152x24p and 4096x2304x24p input files, but I could not find a render template for 2048x1152 or 4096x2304. Creating a custom template appeared to work, but the rendering died when attempting to use the custom templates.

I was able to get a WMV (Keep Original Size) template to work, but not custom Main Concept MPEG-2 templates

The Mpeg2 templates are set up for DVD as far as I know. I cut 2k and 4k .mov files all the time. Do you NEED it to be Mpeg2?

some codecs require certain resolutions to work, some don't. That could be the reason.
