Cannot render with NVENC and accelera File I/O with NVENC at same time

VEGAS 17 PRO: If I run File I/O with Intel QSV and render with NVENC it works fine, but with NVENC for File I/O and NVENC for rendering it fails to properly render any GPU accelerated effects and crashes. This is very annoying since I have to swap File I/O to Intel QSV before rendering which requires a reboot.

My GPU is a GTX 1660 TI 6gb. Anyone else have this issue?

Do you have any GPU accelerated plugins? Maybe your GPU is running out of RAM.

Systems:

Desktop

AMD Ryzen 7 1800x 8 core 16 thread at stock speed

64GB 3000mhz DDR4

Geforce RTX 3090

Windows 10

Laptop:

ASUS Zenbook Pro Duo 32GB (9980HK CPU, RTX 2060 GPU, dual 4K touch screens, main one OLED HDR)

I don't have crashing, but I notice issues when I'm using ReVision FX Reel Smart Motion Blur, Neat Video DeNoise 5 and/or Magic Bullet Looks 4 in GPU mode. There is insufficient amount of VRAM available to let all plugins work when File I/O is set to NVENC.

Vegas Pro user since version 1.2

OS: Windows 10 Pro (Latest version)

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3800X

RAM: 32GB DDR4 3200MHz

GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Super 8GB GDDR (Latest Studio Driver)

Monitoring: Black Magic Design DeckLink SDI 4K (or Nvidia HDMI for 4K HDR)

Audio: M-Audio M-Track Eight ASIO

Controller: Behringer X-Touch

Since a few months I have the same at my laptop only when I try to render to 4K or higher.

Rendering to FDH and lower no problem
