Canon s80 AVI Import

I am trying to import video files that I captured on my Canon S80. It is an AVI file so I assumed it would import directly into Vegas.

I am able to import the avi but only plays audio file and nothing else. I am a newbie at Vegas so any help would be appreciated.

Do a search for MJPEG.

Don't worry, be happy! You have just a little codecs problem which happened to me also! You can try

I use Morgan Multimedia MJPEG codec V3
