Cant activate Vegas Pro anymore, cant reach support

Hi, so im facing the following problem: I purchased the SmartScription back then, and cancelled it about a month ago, because i dont really use Vegas anymore. It now ends in 2027. Turns out i do need Vegas again so i reinstalled it, but now when i try to activate it says my licence has expired. When i try to create a new activation code online, it just says "Cant be activated, please try again later". I dont really know what to do...

Email sales and ask for the perpetual license you are entitled to at the end of SmartScription.

Yeah i guess i have no other way.. I have created a Ticket on wednesday but from what i read online, it will take ages for that to be processed..guess i can only wait and otherwise do what you said.

From what I've seen in other threads and from my own current experience, support is very, very slow as of late. I submitted a support ticket about 10 days ago (says to expect 2-4 days for a response) but have not heard back... I saw in another thread a person that had waited over 20 days for a response last month. I hope you get your issue solved.
