HELP! i follow the steps to the T.  i have my video with me and the green screen on the top track the jpeg i want to use as a background is under it. i drag the video fx chroma keyer to to my video tract with me and the green screen on it i get the color window i click the eye dropper take it to  my green screen to select the color the and nothing happens. i try moving the slides of high and low threshold still nothing try clicking mask nothing.  i have uninstalled the the entire program and reinstalled it still nothing.  can you please assist?  very frustrated.  thanks jim clair oh yes the split screen button is clicked on bypass.
