Cant play quicktime files

V4 cant play any quick time file is asking me for a pluging and I know that it is installed beacause I play this files outside vegas and it does work... but begas dosent know is there.

did you install the latest quicktime with ALL install options selected?

try that and report back

It has been said before, though it might not be relevant anymore, that you must install Quicktime before you install Vegas. And as B JM says - it has to be a FULL install of QT. Choose custom install and tick everything in the list.

In my experience if you reinstall Vegas over itself, it will detect Quicktime afterward.
