cant set bars to star tat one

When using a smpte time offset ... the bar measure grid is offset allso.
I want it to start at bar one.. will it do this { other prgms do}.

The time ruler works with a single time offset. That is, if you set the time offset to 1 hour, all ruler modes will indicate this accordingly.

In otherwords, you cannot have different time offsets for different time formats.

So, no, you cannot set the SMPTE time offset and bar:beta:tick offset seperately.
