What is the quickest way to load my video to my computer for editing, from camera (tape) to computer?

Firewire. Connect your camera to the computer via firewire. Most likely, your computer will auto-recognize the camera, and will offer you NLE or capture choices when it does.

You cannot capture faster than real time, if that is what you're asking. In other words, there is nothing like the high speed tape dub found on some audio cassette machines.
