I can capture dv no problem with a basic Ulead app.In Video Factory the incomming stream is choppy. The capture app. for Video factory and Vegas are the same right? What can the problem be?

1) Update to the latest build of our software from this link: http://www.sonicfoundry.com/download/step1.asp?CatID=2. Make sure you download the update for the Vidcap application that matches your version of software.

2) What kind of capture card are you trying to use?
