Whenever I capture via firewire, the popup notification box at completion always returns a "Average Frame Rate" value that's less than 29.97. It's usually in the 29.25-29.75 range. There are never any dropped frames.

I am capturing without scene detection, and the files are 12-14MB (about an hour of video).

Anybody know why the frame rate isn't exactly 29.97?
