Capture Beta SP as High Def?

Another "I wonder" question, can V-6d with Cineform capture Beta SP as High Def?

Not sure about Vegas 6 but I know that a little "trick" I discovered last year and mentioned in another CineForm thread here was that if you have the stand alone MainConcept MPG encoder you can capture video directly to the CineForm codec - but it will capture at "native" resolution so if the input comes in at 720 x 480 that is what you get. On the other hand if you select the "MainConcept MPEG Encoder" and select the "config" option you can just set the capture to, say, HDV HD1 and it will capture the incoming signal at 1280 x 720.
