Which card for capture is good for capture analog an digital video?

PC: AMD Sempro(tm) 2400 1.6 Ghz, 1.00 GB RAM
Grphic Card not integrated
DVD R/RW Sony & DVD & DVD Player SAMSUNG
17" Screen

I have an ADS Tech Pyro A/V Link that I’m very happy with. The Canopus ADVC-110 is also great capture devices. Anything that captures analog via firewire will work with Vegas. It you need TBC or noise reduction, the Canopus ADVC-300 is a good choice.
