capture cards

I've tryed the demo version of Vegas Video and now looking to buy it, but I don't have a firewire cards yet. the system I have is an AMD Athlon 1.0GHz with 765MB of ram and 120gig hard drive. The video capture card I have now is and ATI all in wonder 128 pro 32m. Not sure which firewire card to buy for my system. Any suggestion?

I have a "Que" Fire Wire PCI card bought it from CompUSA about $35... works great is compliant and has a TI chip set...Has 3 input ports....73
