If you don't know it, I found a 2004 posting about how to advance edits frame by frame:
"If you want precise control on where the cuts go, you can use the ALT KEY along with the left/right arrow keys to go frame by frame through the video." Very intuitive!
Now, does anyone know how to capture a frame and save it to a jpg file? This is useful in making the video jacket. Taking jpg shots from the camera is best, I realize, but sometimes you just want to use footage for the jacket.

In the preview window at the right upper corner is what looks like a floppy disk. Enlarge your preview window to full resolution then click
on the icon.
