Capture from JVC

How well does vegas 7 capture HDV 24p footage from the
JVC HD100?

I've been capturing GY-HD110U frames with no problem whatsoever. Works great!!! I have, however, begun capturing m2T files on an FS4 HD. I love this method, look ma, no tape!!

Capture seems fine however on print to tape Vegas only has one option - 30. In other words anything that is 24p will automaticly be redone as to output to 30. I have tried to output untouched footage and vegas returns an error about it not being an acceptable format.
