I just finished a big upgrade to the computer- new power supply and 128 asus video display card. Everything seems good so far but I have tried to capture and I'm prompted for a serial # and its saing my serial # i invalid.
Also says inter a DY at beginning of the serial sometimes - i do but no luck???

What do I do in this procedure?
