I'm looking for solution to record livestreams from private URL (stream going from my camera at sport venue via internet to my home pc), decode to several threads with different parameters. Then send to cloud server. Ideally: also record audio separately from video.

Is it possible to buy and do it with Vegas software and do not use media server?
