capture preview size

My capture video preview window and the resulting video in VV 3 is stuck at 160x240. I can't seem to find anyway to change that. I'd appreciate some guidance from the experts.

Check the resolution set in File > Properties.

Right-click in Video Preview and select Display at project size.

Maybe undock the Video Preview and size it larger.

Maybe change the Quality setting from Draft to Preview or Good.

If the preview window is docked under the project window ... you can make the project window smaller and the preview automatically gets bigger.

Actually I should have been more specific the problam is with vv capture 3.0c

Oh. Are you capturing DV or from an analog card? If the latter, under the Video menu will be a device-specific Properties menu item, and when you pick that there should be some sort of image size selection option for the capture device. If you're capturing DV, I think the window auto-sizes when you size the parent window.
