I know I've seen this issue before but couldn't find the answer in archives...
I'm capturing from Digital8 via firewire. I was having a problem with the capture at first (as soon as I pressed capture it would capture one frame, close the capture session and transfer the clip to the bin.)
I found that disabling video preview in Vegas solved the problem. Now, I've added an external monitor (13" TV via firewire back through the Digital8) and the capture problem is back. I've tried starting from scratch and running without the TV connected but now I can't fix the problem. I've made sure there are no min or max capture lengths specified and gone over every possibility I can think of. I know it's something simple but can't pin it down. So, what am I overlooking?
