capture problem

I installed the VideoFactory 2.0 demo and everything seems to work fine.
Then i buy the license and uninstal demo e reinstall last version 2.0a.
When i choose “Capture Video…” in Video Capture i can see my video source DV in the preview window. I wait for a bit, hit “Stop” and the Capture Complete window comes up and tells me that 0 clips were captured, 0 frames were dropped, the session length is 0:00:00.
My video card is the Geforce MX400.
The capture option of Ulead Basic 4.0 boundled with my Firewire Card work fine.

If you have a Firewire card and you're trying to capture from that, make sure that you're using the Microsoft drivers. An Acrobat PDF document on how to make certain of this is available by
