Capture problem

I have a jvl GR-DVL-815 camera and VV3c. At one time I could use this camera to cature video and the MS driver would appear as a source. No more. Any ideas?

What OS are you using? Does the firewire card still appear in device manager? If it does, does the OS detect the Camera when you connect it and turn it on?
