Capture problem - drive moved and hosed me

I recently updated my machine and the disk on which my captures was stored has changed.

The capture files are still there - but the drive letters are different.

Vegas figures this out with a search, but I can't find a way to make CAPTURE figure it out.

Do I REALLY have to go back and change THOUSANDS of clips preference settings ONE AT A TIME? C'mon - that's not REALLY necessary, is it?

Its easy to change drive letters.

Assuming Windows XP, start/control panel/Perm-Maint/Admin tools.
Now click on computer management/Disk Management. Highlight the drive you want to change and finally right click and then give it the letter you want.

That doesn't help me - I have other videos captured on the other disk letter!

I didn't discover this until I went back to an old production to edit it and discovered everything in the wrong place.

Its STUPID to not have a way to fix this in the capture software "in batch" while there IS in Vegas!

C'mon, either there has to be a way to do this or Sony needs to get on the stick and fix it.
