capture quality

how do i improve the capture quality? i have it at 29.970 (ntsc). its alright but its really small.

What are you capturing with? If you are using a DV camera and Vegas VidCap, the capture size is 720 x 480 or 720 x 576 regardless of what the display window might be. In Vegas, if you want the Preview Window larger, drag it out of the docking area and double click the header bar, this will expand it to full size. Dougle clicking again will restore it to the half-preview size. Leave Preview at Preview/Auto for best results.

I did'nt know about double clicking the header bar. Thanks for the tip.
