No there isn't. Typically the workflow is to capture to DV AVI using the Vegas capture utility or something like Scenalyzer, then use DVDA to encode, prepare and burn the DVD.

Depending on how many VHS tapes you're talking about and whether or not you want to do any sort of editing or restoration, you might want to take a look at some of the VHS/DVD combo units that suppot dubbing from VHS direct to DVD.

I have a standalone DVD recorder that I can feed the VHS directly into for recording. But, I don't like it as well as capturing the tapes into DVD Architect.

I use a Canopus ADVC-100 firewire attached to my PC, which allows me to capture the tapes. There are some other adapters out there, but they aren't quite as handy to use and one of the more common ones didn't provide a picture with the quality of the Canopus.

Once the files are into Vegas, I can also adjust volumes where it is needed sometimes.
