I am running Vegas Video ver 3.0. I have XP on a Dell 1.8 gh, 120 harddrive, 256 K memory, Dazzle Mojave Device.

I am trying to make a DVD out of a vcr tape. I keep getting the error message that the Dazzle Mojave Device could not be opened. I also tried to set up the program to record without a dv device and it want work. When I go to transport to set capture, it is not highlighted s o I can not set it to video.

I know it works, because when I go back to MGI video wave, which was loaded by dell, I can see the video. The problem I had with video wave, was the audio and video stayed out of synch.

Can anyone give me some suggestions.

I mercifully don't have the Dell/Mojave fiasco, but those who do have discovered it is designed only to work with VideoWave, so you'll have to capture your analog source with that, then run your captured AVI files through the free Canopus DV File Converter, selecting Microsoft DV (AVI2) as your target format, to then be able to open them and edit in VideoFactory.
