Capturing in Vegas Video

Is there any way to allow Vegas to capture video from and/or output video to an ATI All-In Wonder Radeon? I know Ulead VideoStudio (wich is bundled with the card) can capture video, but I would rather use Vegas.

The Video Capture tool will only work with OHCI compliant IEEE-1394 and DirectShow compatible MJPEG cards.
