capturing S-video what is the preferred zize?

hi all...trying to transfer hi-8 tape to dvd,camcorder only has analogue and s-video outs.my rage WDM Rage can capture 80by60 to 720 by 480 the last one requires
huge disk space what is your advice??? thank you very much...

IT all depends on what you plan to do with the video in the end. IF you are going to edit it and put it on a DVD you will need to do the 720X480. IF you are making a multimedia project for the web or CD-ROM then you could probably get away with a 320X240 or 352X240.
