Capturing Still and saving it

I would like to capture a frame and save it off as a .jpg.

In the video preview window - click the icon (towards the right had side) that looks like a "save disc". This will save stills from the video you are looking at.

Of course, have the timeline stopped on the still you want.

And external preview has to be turned OFF. And a couple of settings need to be changed...
