Capturing Video???

I always capture from my Firestore Hard unit but needed to capture from my Cannon GS2. When I click capture video a new VV3 open and no matter what I do I don't see where to capture from my camera???

Did you try File - Capture Video ? This opens up Vegas' capture utility from which you can capture video.

Whenb I click the capture video in the file menu a new VV3 opens up instead of starting the capture video window. Is it somthing in preferences?

Figured it out. My video capture application was set to VV3 not video capture 3.0
