I have a problem with the integrated video capturing feature in Video Factory 2.0. The problem that I'm having is when I click on the button to run the video capture feature, my computer would stop responding to that particular feature - it would just be stuck. I can run other tasks while that particular feature is not responding. Funny thing is, for me to remove video capturing screen, I have to restart my computer. I tried ending the task, but it doesnt want to close out. I dont know if its the new operating system that I installed, Windows XP. Or is a bug with Video Factory and Windows XP. And I'm also running an ATI all in wonder video card to do my capturing. Im thinking, the feature is not recognizing my card.
