Cartoon caption

I was wondering of you can put some text over video that is like the cartoon caption, box things. Regards

The answer received before is that you have to build it yourself.

One video track is your video. Overlay another video track which is an image (e.g. png) of your cartoon text balloon. A third video track is your text overlayed on top of the balloon.

If there are plug-ins or scripts for this, I am not sure, but I don't believe that Vegas Movie Studio will support scripts; only the full-blown Vegas can handle that.
