Cartoonr Plus Not Working in Vegas Pro 19

I recently upgraded to Vegas Pro 19, and while it appears to be working fine for the most part, I am experiencing an outstanding issue with the NewBlue FX Cartoonr Plus effects and transitions in this program. Whenever I hover over a certain Cartoonr Plus effect or transition, the preview window is black when it shouldn't be. When I drag one of these transitions between two clips, it shows up as black and Vegas crashes. I find this particularly bizarre as I never experienced this problem with Vegas Movie Studio 17 Platinum. I uploaded a quick video to YouTube to show the problem I'm experiencing:

The computer I am using is the MSI GE75 Raider gaming laptop. It has 16 GB of RAM, a 10th generation Intel Core i7-10750H processor, and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 graphics card. The version of Windows 11 installed is 22H2 (OS Build 22621.1555). The version of Vegas Pro 19 installed is 19.0 (Build 648).

It's working here, but I have an all AMD computer. Maybe graphics driver? Are you using the iGPU or the GPU?

By iGPU, do you mean the Intel graphics card? I selected the Intel(R) UHD Graphics GPU as my preference Vegas Pro 19; Vegas doesn't seem to like my computer's NVIDIA graphics card. Vegas runs much more smoothly with Intel, but Cartoonr Plus still acts up on my laptop regardless.

@StealthStarSwag Hi, I saw this the other day when you posted it, I've also got a different PC to you & Cartoonr Plus works for me, I know this doesn't help but I comment to let you know you're not being ignored,

D you have thi prob if you choose the Nvidia GPU? you can check the drivers are up to date in Vegas - Help

Just out of interest this is what playing Cartoonr Plus does to my GPU. that's quite high for any of my fxs,

Thanks for letting me know, Gid. I looked to see if there were any driver updates, but there were none to be found. Still, I appreciate you sharing this info with me.

On the Cartoonr Plus settings, you could click on "About" and then disable the GPU Acceleration to see if that makes a difference.

Thank you for letting me know! The effects and transitions are now working as they should. 😀 I'm also attaching photos as a guide for other users who might be experiencing the same issue.

The only other outstanding issue I have with Cartoonr Plus at this point is that the preset previews for some of the effects are still black. It would be nice to see the previews instead of having to experiment with each and every effect if at all possible.
