Cascading track fx, possible?

I have a one hour video of a speaker pacing on a stage. A temporary lighting engineer really screwed me by upsetting the lighting grid and creating severe variations [in the order of a full f/stop] in the lighting levels. No problem I thought, just use track fx levels and even out the exposure. I did just that, Vegas made it easy. Now that I'm done in evening out the brightness I feel I need to nudge the overall levels a bit. Going back into the keyframes and adjusting over 100 instances isn't really appealing, so I thought "why not chain another instance of levels fx on the track and set the adjustment there?" Only it doesn't seem to work. I know I can always render the video and apply track fx to it again, but if there's something I'm missing that I can do, it would save me some time in this project.

Why not apply the FX on the video bus?

Bob.

Thanks Bob, I knew that there was an answer there. I had never before applied FX on the video bus and that's why it never occurred to me to do so.

Vegas is the cat's meow. So flexible and powerful.. Even after years of use I'm still learning every day.

Before this cat will really meow what Vegas needs is multiple video busses. One is WAY better than none but having video the same as audio would be really cool.
