Cayman Graphics no longer supports Vegas

I just learned that Cayman Graphics has discontinued the Vegas plug-in versions of their products. Is this something to worried about, as a sign of a trend, perhaps?

Maybe too many Vegas users were buying Boris Grafitti or Heroglyph instead of theirs :-)

As I recall, Cayman Graphics wanted around $300 for the package which was a bit too rich for most users.

Not a trend for Vegas, more a trend for the rarer quality of this type of very specialized plug-in.

Most people today are more inclined to get many more features in a less expensive package.

Quality is not a feature, so is not on the list.
