Change the color of the ruler lines

Is there anyway to change the color of the ruler lines from gray to red or blue. Just so that they stand out more.

You can change the entire appearance of the Vegas interface by changing the windoze styles...

Click "Appearance"

(I have my ruler numbers in white on grey.)
