Change the duration of all elements in track?

I've got about 100 pictures or so in each of a few tracks.

Is there a script that can change their display duration (all at once) from the default (10 seconds) to some new value I'm looking for?

I'm not sure if there is a free script to do this, but both Excalibur and UltimateS contain tools that can do this.

My Set Event Length and Crossfade script will do this but it also moves all of the images so that they are next to each other. Most of the time this is the behavior you want but if you spaced the images out on the timeline and just want to change their duration, this script will also place them one after the other with no spaces. You can find it on the VASST web site.
