Change the fade type for multiple clips

Sometimes I accidentally change the fade type (eg. fade out linear to logarithmic of an audio clip) for every or many clips in a track. My intention is to change only one clip.

I am not 100% sure, but I am pretty sure, that in these cases I do not change the first fade out, and Vegas repeats the fade type automatically for any later cut, but I change one fade during a longer editing process, and somehow I make the change for many/every clips of the same track. (As it happened only very occasionally, I am not totally sure.)

My question is: How can I change (back) the fade type for many (selected), or for every clips in a track? My secondary question is: What am I doing "wrong" to change many fades instead of one? (Maybe the two answers are the same :)

Thanks in advance!

AFAIK you can draw a default fade on every event you select, but to alter the type of the fade trough rigtclick it is only possible for 1 fade at the time.
