Changes in Crop / Pan not previewing

Hi guys - just upgraded from Vegas 11 on a new PC and hit a noob upgrade question.

On 11 when I go to crop / pan a clip, add a keyframe and do a zoom in and out style effect as Im moving things around I can see it happening live on the preview screen but on 17 Im not seeing this. Is there an option somewhere I need to go tick?

Many thanks

Rikki

Do you have multiple GPUs in your system? This sounds a lot like a problem I was having some time ago.

System 1:

Windows 10
i9-10850K 10 Core
128.0G RAM
Nvidia RTX 3060 Studio driver [most likely latest]
Resolution        3840 x 2160 x 60 hertz
Video Memory 12G GDDR5

System 2:

Lenovo Yoga 720
Core i7-7700 2.8Ghz quad core, 8 logical
16G ram
Intel HD 630 gpu 1G vram
Nvidia GTX 1050 gpu 2G vram

@djrikki2020 - Working here. OK, a new install of VP17? Then check your .NET FRAMEWORK is up to date. Going from a working VP11 is a big jump, in which case the .NET could require an update.

Is the little lock icon near the timeline slider in the pan-crop window set to "locked"? It makes the main timeline sync up with the pan-crop timeline.
