I've got a project with one MPG file as media. It's got a main menu and a scene menu.

I've made some minor changes to my media, mostly including shifting the markers that are used for scenes.

How can I incorporate the modified media into my project without clobbering the work I've done on the scene menu and other things? (I've fooled with it a bit, and it doesn't seem straightforward).
