Changing multipli-selected event properties?

I'm not missing something, am I? I have 400+ stills on a single track and I want to "reduce interlace flicker" for the whole bunch. I can't do it. Select a single event and the properties menu is active. Select multiple events and the properties menu is inactive.

1) I've missed something? 2) The feature is missing and Vegas would be better if this were possible? 3) There is a workaround in Vegas? 4) Write a script? 5) Use a Windows macro record and playback tool?

Doh! I forgot about that because I always go through the properties dialog for a single event. Too many gui options, too many gui options...nah, that is a quibble; at least you can do it. Thanks.
