Changing PC hardware

I am going to be changing my PC hardware and I bought Movie Studio Platinum 13 at a store with the CD and I lost the CD. So my question is, is there a way to download and reinstall the program from this website? I'm not sure if there is a product key I need that I do not have.

Note that I have registered the software so I do have the serial number.

Easy enough to download again under "Downloads" at the top of this page. Better yet, since you registered, go to My Account / My Software. There you'll see all the serial numbers you've registered along with direct download links for each specific version you have.

Product key will be re-issued when in install and activate on the new hardware. Sony's pretty mum on the number of times they let you reactivate, but most of us get 4 times or more. And if it does deny you just use the online chat to explain you're moving to new hardware and they'll get you set up in a moment or two.

Hint: Don't try to re-use your old Machine ID.
It could have changed.
