Changing pictures of a webpage via metadata

Hello,

I've just red the metadata example, but I'm not sure if it's the solution for my problem.
I want to create a Webpage in which a video will be played. There are also some pictures on this page which should change at certain positions of the video. If it's possible I want to do this without frames.
I want to use VegasVideo 3 for this.
Any further ideas/examples?

I'm not sure you can do this without using frames, but you could keep the frame borders hidden and nobody would know they we there except you.
