Changing to 640 mode?

WSentertainment wrote on 7/8/2007, 9:18 AM
Currently I watched a web video where the video was in 640 mode. Ok no big deal, but the video was 1 minute in length and the file size was roughly 4-5mb.

Does anyone know how to adjust the settings in VMS to allow us to get the 640 mode with that small file size? The only thing I see I can do is choose the WMV format and choose the 3mpbs setting. The next setting belo the 3mbs is my 512 which drops my frame size down to 320, and that's what I'm trying to avoid.

Thanks In Advance for your help.

Click the [Custom] button. You'll then be able to make all kinds of changes to the settings.

Chien, I have my completed project in the timeline.

I click on "make movie"
I choose save it to Harddrive
I click on the .WMV format drop down menu
I click on "Advanced Render"
I click on "Custom"

now from this point I'm lost...how do I keep it in 640 mode, but change some things that will drop my file size?

In the custom dialog box, under the Video tab, look for bitrate settings.
