Channel Blend plugin

In all previous versions of Vegas (including Vegas 15) there was a Channel Blend plugin-in option which allowed one to adjust overall RGB color levels plus a few other misc things. For reasons unknown this is missing in Vegas 16 build #424.

First I should ask if this the same for everyone else?

And if so, was this omission done on purpose, or was it accidental?

@Greg-Kintz - Yup, it's still there.

I thought I was the only person who finds it useful, but now there's you too! - What a Select Club we belong to - 🍻.

That makes three. It's also good for color matrix conversions--e,g BT601 to BT709. It's also here in V16-424

Even though I'm a bit perplexed as to why it's missing in my plugin list, I am very thankful to hear it's still there, as it is quite useful in a number of areas. In the meantime, while inconvenient, I can always walk a clip through an earlier version of Vegas until the next update rolls around and see if that corrects things.

Certain custom project settings have also been buggy for me in this latest build, but ..others here (just like this missing plugin) have not had an issue saving custom presets. So for whatever the reason, it seems the my latest install of build 424 was a bit buggy. Will see how the next update goes and hopefully will then be back in the saddle on these two issues.
