In Architect Studio, insert your chapters by either double-clicking on the spot in your project you want one inserted, or click the "insert chapter" button. Once complete, go to the Menu view and right mouse click on your project and select "Insert Chapter Selection..." A new button will be created that goes to that sort of menu.

You can also accomplish this in VMS by setting markers in your timeline. When you render the video be sure to select the option on the rendering screen for "Save project markers in medial file". When you import this into DVD Architect the scenes will automatically appear.

I have video just over @ hours long which has about 19 markers added via VMS (V7.0). I've named each one of the markers. The longest is about 30 characters and contains alpha / numerics and spaces.

When I render this to mpeg2 it produces a file about 6GB. If I bring it into my DVD project (DVD Studio) I see only one marker (Chapter 1). I've tried this twice and gotten the same result. Since this file takes about 7 hours to render, it is a major PITA!!!

Of course, I have Save project markers in media file checked.

Is there a limit on the number of characters I can use in a marker name or a maximum file size?
