Chapter end points

In my DVD Architect project I have 8 thumbnails on two submenus. I want to have the playback stop at the end of every chapter so that the control goes back to the submenu where the thumbnail is located. I played around with the "end" parameters of the button and media properties, but until now I have not got any results. Help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Think of a DVD chapter like when you fold the corner on a page of a book (assuming you do that). It only marks the beginning, not the end.

The end action settings you found are for the whole "book" (in this case, the movie), not for the chapter. So, for end actions to be relevant, you have to turn your "chapters" into "books."

Do a search of DVDA's online help for "scene selection menu." You want the section about returning to the menu after each "chapter" (though I think the help might refer to them as "scenes").
